摘要
为解决传统电量异常监测系统挖潜增效能力水平不平均、降损节能效果不明显等问题,设计基于同期线损的新型低压配电线路电量异常监测系统。从电量监测数据获取模块入手,对线损计算模块、配电监测电路的连接形式进行有效规划,完成低压配电线路电量异常监测系统的硬件运行环境搭建。在此基础上,通过计算低压配电线路原件同期线损的方式,完成异常电量监测轨迹对比,再连接所有输入、输出信道,完成异常监测存储数据库建立,实现低压配电线路电量异常监测系统的软件运行环境搭建。结合软、硬件运行环境,实现新型系统的顺利应用。在相同背景条件下设计对比实验结果显示,新型系统挖潜增效平均水平最大值可达67%、降损节能效果接近90%,远超传统系统。
In order to solve the problems of unequal potential tapping and increasing efficiency level of traditional power anomaly monitoring system,and not obvious effect of loss reduction and energy saving,a new type of power anomaly monitoring system for low-voltage distribution lines based on synchronous line loss system is designed.Starting from the data acquisition module of power monitoring,the connection form of line loss calculation module and distribution monitoring circuit is effectively planned,and the hardware operation environment of the abnormal power monitoring system of low-voltage distribution line is built.On this basis,by calculating the loss of the original parts of low-voltage distribution lines at the same time,the track comparison of abnormal electricity monitoring is completed,all input and output channels are connected,the abnormal monitoring storage database is established,and the software operation environment of the abnormal electricity monitoring system of low-voltage distribution lines is built.Combined with the hardware and software environment,the new system can be successfully applied.Under the same background conditions,the experimental results show that the maximum average level of potential tapping efficiency of the new system can reach 67%,the effect of loss reduction and energy saving is close to 90%,which is far superior to the traditional system.
