摘要
建立了同时快速测定纺织品材料中3种有机氯载体的方法。通过条件优化,确定了以20 mL二氯甲烷超声提取30min的萃取条件,萃取后采用气相色谱-负化学电离质谱法进行分析,外标法定量。3种有机氯载体在质量浓度1~100μg/L范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数(R^2)均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.81~1.00μg/kg,在3个加标水平下的回收率为84.7%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.5%~3.3%。该方法操作简单快速,灵敏度高,精密度、回收率理想,适用于多种纺织品材料中有机氯载体的分析测定。
A rapid method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is established for the simultaneous determination of 3 organo-chloride carriers in textiles.Through optimization of the conditions,the conditions for ultrasonic extraction are determined with 20 mL of dichloromethane for 30 min.After extraction,gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization mass spectrometry is used for analysis,and external standard method is used for quantification.The three organo-chlorine carriers show good linearity in the range of 1 to 100μg/L,and the correlation coefficients(R^2)are more than 0.995.The detection limits of the methods are 0.81 to 1.00μg/kg.The recovery rate is 84.7%~109.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is 1.5%~3.3%.The method is simple and fast to operate with high sensitivity,high precision,and ideal recovery.It is suitable for the analysis and determination of organo-chlorine carriers in various textile materials.
