摘要
为降低常规生产涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的能耗和减轻环保压力,在i-Box 32头纺FDY装置上,对以原油上油方式生产50 dtex/24 f涤纶FDY的工艺进行探讨。研究结果表明:当纺丝温度为286-290℃,采用90 mm板径的DIO组件、60-80目的金属砂、组件初始压力为14 MPa,冷却风压力为30 MPa,并采用合适的拉伸工艺和原油上油,增加可移动式超声波雾化加湿器,可生产出品质优良的50 dtex/24 f涤纶FDY。
In order to reduce the energy consumption and environmental protection pressure of conventional production polyester FDY, the production process of 50 dtex/24 f polyester FDY producing on i-Box 32 spinning FDY device by crude oil was studied. The experimental results show that the high quality 50 dtex/24 f polyester FDY can be produced when the spinning temperature is 286~290 ℃, the DIO spinning pach with90 mm spinneret diameter, metal sand with 60~80 mesh, the initial pressure of spinning pack is 14 MPa, the cooling wind pressure is 30 MPa, the suitable streching process and crude oil are adopted, and a removable ultrasonic atomizing humidifier is added.
