热空气对聚甲醛纤维结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Heat Treatment on Structure and Properties of Polyoxymethylene Fiber

摘要 采用热空气加热处理工艺,改变加热温度和时间,研究了热空气处理对聚甲醛纤维的取向度、结晶性及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着热处理温度的提高和时间的延长,聚甲醛纤维的取向度逐渐下降,结晶度逐渐上升,拉伸强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势;当热处理温度为120℃,热处理时间为20 min时,聚甲醛纤维的拉伸强度达到最大值5.1 cN/dtex,比未处理纤维提高了约10%。 Effects of heat treatment on the orientation degree, crystallinity and mechanical properties of polyoxymethylene(POM) fiber were studied by changing heat temperature and time with the hot air heating process. The results show that with the increase of heat temperature and time, the orientation degree of POM fiber decreases gradually, while the crystallinity gradually increases, and the tensile strength rises firstly and then decreases. When the heat temperature is 120 ℃ and the heating time is 20 min, the tensile strength of the POM fiber reaches a maximum of 5.1 cN/dtex, which increases by about 10% of the untreated POM fiber.
