摘要 随着中国制造2025的提出,我国工业生产正从传统制造迈向智能制造时代,设备自动化、车间无人化已是大势所趋,但目前仍需专人巡检,判断设备是否发生故障报警,处理周期长,费时费力。为了满足工业实时监控、低成本和低功耗等多方面的需求,本文设计并实现了基于NB-IoT数据传输技术的工业设备报警实时远程监控系统。该系统基于NB-IoT通信方式,选用STM32主控芯片为核心的硬件监控装置,以OneNET平台为数据转存中心,利用Django框架开发了基于B/S架构的Web可视化系统,实现了对工业生产的远程实时监控。为工业生产监管治理提供了新的解决办法,具有一定应用价值。 With the proposal of made in China 2025,China’s industrial production is moving from traditional manufacturing to the era of intelligent manufacturing,and it is an inevitable trend to automate equipment and unmanned workshops.However,it is still necessary to conduct special inspection to judge whether the equipment fails to alarm,and the processing cycle is long and time consuming.In order to meet the requirements of industrial real time monitoring,low cost and low power consumption,this paper designs and implements a real time remote monitoring system for industrial equipment alarm based on NB IoT data transmission technology.This system is based on NB IoT communication mode,adopts STM32 main control chip as the core hardware monitoring device,takes OneNET platform as the data storage center,and uses Django framework to develop a Web visualization system based on B/S architecture,realizing the remote real time monitoring of industrial production.It provides a new solution for industrial production supervision and management and has certain application value.
