摘要
针对仪表风干燥器FF1401阀门动作顺序错乱问题,利旧小型PLC,代替了已运行25 a的机械式程控器;通过编写梯形图程序,实现了控制FF1401阀门的开关顺序及开关时间;为解决仪表风带水问题,新增10个三位式钮子开关,从而消除了安全生产隐患。
Aimed at the disorder problem of valve action sequence in the instrument air dryer,the waste small PLC was utilized to replace the mechanical program controller which had been run for 25 years.Control on sequence and time of the switch of the FF1401 valve was realized by ladder program coding.In order to solve the problem of the instrument air with water,ten switches with three position button were newly added,and the hidden danger of safety production was eliminated.
