摘要
为充分发挥世界一流港口建设过程中的指标引领作用,从安全便捷、绿色智慧、经济高效、支撑有力、世界先进五个方面深度解析港口高质量发展指标体系。指标体系涵盖港口设施、港口技术、港口管理和客户服务四大内容,重点突出绿色、智慧、效率、竞争力、港产协同等价值导向。为加快完善港口评价体系,从统计制度、港口数据库、标杆示范等方面提出政策建议。
To play the leading role of evaluation index in the process of world-class port construction, the evaluation indicator system of port high quality development is deeply analyzed from the five dimensions of safety and convenience, green and smart, economic and efficiency, strong support and world advanced. The new indicator system covers port facilities, port technology, port management and customer service, with the focus on green, smart, efficiency, competitiveness and port industry collaboration. In order to speed up the improvement of the port evaluation system, related policy suggestions are proposed from the aspects of statistical system, port database and benchmark demonstration.
