IBC桶铁路安全运输试验研究

摘要 由于磷酸在空气中容易潮解,一旦泄露将会对人身安全和自然环境造成严重危害,在采用容器包装运输时应满足一定安全运输条件。本文在梳理磷酸运输方式及优缺点的基础上,对磷酸运输安全影响因素进行了分析,并从IBC桶性能、耐腐蚀性以及自然老化等方面进行试验研究。结果表明:IBC桶性能满足相关标准要求,IBC桶内容器所用的高密度聚乙烯材料对85%的磷酸溶液具有良好的耐腐蚀性和相容性,在一定时间内能够重复使用于磷酸运输。据此,提出铁路磷酸IBC桶运输时应避免长期日照和高温环境、根据实际运输情况对运输方案进行调整、抽取更多使用时长的IBC桶,进行相关性能检测试验的建议。 Since phosphoric acid is easily deliquescent in the air. Once it leaks, it will cause serious harm to human safety and the natural environment. It should meet certain safe transportation conditions in container transportation. Based on combing the transportation mode and advantages and disadvantages of phosphoric acid, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety of phosphoric acid transportation, and conducts experimental research on the performance, corrosion resistance and natural aging of IBC barrels. The results show that the performance of the IBC barrel meets the relevant standards. The highdensity polyethylene material used in the IBC barrel inner container has good corrosion resistance and compatibility with 85% phosphoric acid solution, and can be reused for phosphate transportation in a certain period of time. Accordingly, it is proposed to avoid long-term sunshine and high temperature environment when transporting railway phosphoric acid IBC barrels, to adjust the transportation plan according to actual transportation conditions, and to extract more IBC barrels for longer use time, and to carry out relevant performance testing experiments.
