摘要 为了得到生态环境的变化情况,生态环境的信息采集工作具有必要性,是掌握生态环境变化的前提和基础。在传统的情况下,数据是通过手工填写表格收集的,这种方法在时间和空间上差异性大,统计也很复杂,而且耗时费力。本文基于移动的地理信息系统,分别在Android端和iOS(input Output System)端进行开发,采用GPS(Global Positioning System)实时定位、移动GIS(Geographic Information System)开发等技术,实现地图加载、数据的采集核查和核查任务监管等功能。数据采集工作使用定义好的XML(Extensible Markup Language)数据格式,并通过无线网络的形式发送到服务器数据库。通过实地的应用表明,该系统的定位准确可以实时获取信息,用户的体验性较好,节约成本,对今后生态环境的规划、管理和决策起着重要的辅助作用。 In order to verify the dynamic changes of the ecological environment,it is necessary to collect information in the process of monitoring the ecological environment.The timely and effective collection of ecological environment information is the premise and basis for mastering the changes of the ecological environment.In the traditional case,the data is collected by manually inputting on the paper forms.This method is great spatio-temerally different,complicated for statistics,and time consuming.In the verification system,the functions such as map loading,data collecting,ecological environment verifying,and verification task supervising are implemented by applying the mobile GIS development based on the popular Android/iOS platforms,and real-time positioning technology.By defining the data template in XML format,the data is uploaded and sent with the wireless network to the database on the server.The preliminary application shows that the system has the characteristics of good user experience,strong real-time performance,accurate positioning,economical and practical,and plays an auxiliary role in the planning,management and decision-making of the ecological environment.
