通过研究"每一台设备"投资成本、运检成本、退役处置成本,以提升公司电网资产运营效率为目标,围绕"设备"对象,融合设备资产管理信息标准,贯通跨部门数据信息链路,精确计量每一台重点设备全寿命周期成本,建立每一台重点设备的成本投入与电网资源贡献度之间的有机联系,为公司投资策略提供决策信息,实现电网资源在合理投入下的综合效益最大化。
By figuring out the original cost,inspection cost and disposal cost of“each equipment”,the company aims to improve the efficiency and utility of assets.Based on equipment management information standards,the company focuses on“each equipment”and links inter-departmental data,accurately reflecting the life cycle cost of each equipment.This achievement establishes a connection between the input of each key equipment and the contribution of grid resources,provides decision-making information for the company's investment strategy and maximizes the overall benefits of grid resources under reasonable investment.
