摘要
深水高压油气井在固井作业过程中存在很多困难因素,如油气水层易互窜,界面胶结质量差,水泥柱上下温差较大,井眼压差大易发生气窜,钻井费用高,钻井周期长。究其原因,主要是水泥浆稠化过渡时间长,固井后发生环空气窜所导致。为了有效避免气窜现象的发生,优选了一种具有防窜直角稠化水泥浆体系。防窜直角稠化水泥浆体系已多次成功应用于南海东部区块。
There are a lot of difficulties in the process of cementing operation of the deep high-pressure oil and gas well.For example,the oil and gas layer is easy to flee,the interface cementing quality is poor,the concrete temperature difference is big,the large wellbore pressure difference is prone to gas channeling,the cost of drilling is high,and the drilling cycle is long.The main reason is that the slurry thickening transition time is long,and the annular air channeling occurs after cementing.In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of gas channeling phenomenon,a resistant leap into rectangular gelled cement slurry system was selected.The anti-channeling right-angle gelling slurry system has been successfully applied to the field block in the east of the south China sea for many times.
