摘要
针对射频识别(RFID)标签天线小型化的发展趋势,设计一种UHF频段弯折偶极子标签天线.采用弯折线结构有效地减小了偶极子天线尺寸,同时引入T型阻抗匹配环实现了天线和标签芯片的良好阻抗匹配.经HFSS建模仿真验证表明,设计的天线在915 MHz谐振频率时带宽(S11<-10 dB)能覆盖UHF频段850 MHz^980 MHz.设计的天线具有较高的增益性和良好的方向性.平面尺寸为20 mm×75 mm.
For the minimization requirement of RFID tag antenna,a UHF band meander dipole tag antenna is designed.The meander line structure reduces the size of the dipole antenna.A T-match loop is introduced to realize the good impedance matching between the antenna and the tag chip.The HFSS simulated results show that the proposed antenna with resonant frequency of 915 MHz can cover UHF RFID band from 850 MHz to 980 MHz(S11<-10 dB).The antenna has high gain and good omni-direction,and the plane size is 20 mm×75 mm.
