摘要
为了探讨相关因素对煤泥水絮凝沉降过程的影响规律,研究制定针对小纪汗选煤厂煤泥水处理过程中的加药策略,对该厂煤泥水进行了沉降性能试验;结果表明,煤泥水中微细颗粒较多,絮凝剂浓度对该煤泥水絮凝沉降效果影响较大;随着絮凝剂浓度的增加,初始沉降速度先增大后减小,当絮凝剂浓度为10 g/m3时,初始沉降速度最大;絮凝剂浓度一定时,初始沉降速度随凝聚剂与絮凝剂质量比的增加而不断增大。
Dosing strategy for slime water treatment of Xiaojihan coal preparation plant is formulated and performance test of slime water of the plant is settled to explore the effect law on relevant factors to flocculation and sedimentation process of slime water;the result shows that there are many fine particles in slime water,and the concentration of flocculant has a greater effect on the flocculation and sedimentation effect of slime water;with the increase of flocculant concentration,initial settlement speed increases first and then decreases.When flocculant concentration is 10 g/m 3,initial settlement speed is largest;when the flocculant concentration is constant,the initial sedimentation speed increases with the increase of the mass ratio of coagulant to flocculant.
