摘要
目的调查放射治疗癌症患者的灵性困扰现况并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取浙江省3家三级甲等医院放射治疗科的518例癌症患者,采用一般资料调查表和灵性困扰量表进行问卷调查。结果放射治疗癌症患者灵性困扰总分为6(3,11)分,Tobit回归分析结果显示,民族、宗教信仰、手术、病程、婚姻状况对放射治疗癌症患者灵性困扰的预测作用具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射治疗癌症患者灵性困扰处于中等偏低水平,民族、宗教信仰、婚姻状况、手术、病程是其影响因素。
Objective To investigate present situation on spiritual distress for cancer patients with radiotherapy and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 518 cancer patients in department of radiotherapy from 3 third grade class A hospitals in Zhejiang Province by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire and spiritual distress scale.Result Total score on spiritual distress for cancer patients with radiotherapy is 6(3,11).Tobit regression analysis shows that the prediction of nation,religious belief,surgery,course of disease and marital status on patients'spiritual distress is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiritual distress for cancer patients with radiotherapy is in middle and lower level.Nation,religious belief,marriage,surgery and course of disease are its influencing factors.
