摘要
文章以溯源信息伦理与数据伦理之间的继承性作为逻辑起点,对数据伦理的发展特点以及驱动因素进行了分析,从技术、伦理和政策3个层面指出由信息伦理向数据伦理转型的路径:提高技术水平,构建数据伦理体系,注重顶层设计,提供政策引导,为数据伦理的研究和落地提供可参考的理论支撑。
This paper takes the inheritance of the source information ethics and the data ethics as the logical starting point,analyzes the development characteristics and driving factors of the data ethics,and points out the transformation path from the information ethics to data ethics from the aspects of the technology,the ethics and the policy,including improving the technical level,constructing the data ethics system,paying attention to the top-level design and providing policy guidance,and providing theoretical support for the research and landing of the data ethics.
