摘要
大直径高密度聚乙烯管(以下简称HDPE管)在水下合龙对接的施工工艺是深海HDPE管道水下安装的重要环节,针对与岸侧结构物对接的最终合龙段施工,文章首次提出“拉弧法”工艺并对其要点进行分析,将管道拉弧合龙对接的原理及计算过程结合现场实际施工情况进行归纳总结。拉弧对接工艺已成功应用于沙特吉赞JIGCC取排水工程中,其中涉及的技术成果和施工经验将为今后相关大直径HDPE管道合龙对接提供借鉴与参考。
The final connection technology of large-diameter high-density polyethylene pipe(hereinafter referred to as HDPE pipe)is an important link in the underwater installation.In view of the final closure section construction of connecting with the shore structure,we put forward the"arc drawing method"for the first time and analyzed its key points,summarized the principle and calculation process of the pipeline arc-drawing and closure in combination with the actual construction situation on site.This technology has been successfully applied to JIGCC seawater intake and drainage project in Jizan,Saudi Arabia.The technical achievements and construction experience involved will provide reference for the relevant large-diameter HDPE pipelines in the future.
