局部锈蚀圆钢管构件轴压力学性能正交试验研究 被引量:13

ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON AXIAL MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF LOCALLY CORRODED CIRCULAR STEEL TUBES

摘要 采用三因素三水平正交试验法研究了近海大气环境下环向锈蚀比例、轴向锈蚀比例和锈蚀时间等参数对圆钢管中长柱轴压力学性能的影响,并基于试验结果提出了局部锈蚀圆钢管的轴压承载力计算公式。结果表明:局部锈蚀未改变试件破坏模式,所有试件均为极值点失稳;锈蚀率接近的试件刚度差别不大,但不同锈蚀模式试件的承载力存在较大差异;锈蚀时间、环向锈蚀比例和轴向锈蚀比例对试件承载力和刚度退化的影响依次降低;承载力退化最大的局部锈蚀模式为H3L3-270,所对应各因素平均承载力退化率分别为19.30%、18.47%、22.24%;刚度退化最大的局部锈蚀模式为H1L3-270,所对应各因素平均刚度退化率分别为13.53%、13.38%、15.22%;建议公式计算出的试件承载力与试验结果较为接近,且有一定安全裕度。 The effects of parameters such as circumferential corrosion ratio,axial corrosion ratio and corrosion time on the axial mechanical behavior of slender circular steel tubular columns with localized corrosion in offshore atmospheric environment were studied.This was conducted by using a three-factor and three-level orthogonal test.A formula for the axial compressive carrying capacity of the specimens with localized corrosion was proposed according to the test results.The results indicate that the failure modes of the specimens did not change,and all failure modes were associated with the extreme point instability.The stiffness of the specimens with similar corrosion time did not change significantly.However,the carrying capacity varied greatly among the localized corrosion modes.The influence of corrosion time,circumferential corrosion ratio and axial corrosion ratio on the degradation of stiffness and carrying capacity of the specimens decreased successively.The least favorable localized corrosion mode for the carrying capacity degradation of the specimens was H3L3-270,of which the average carrying capacity degradation due to the corresponding factors were 19.30%,18.47%and 22.24%,respectively.However,the least favorable localized corrosion mode for the stiffness degradation of the specimens was H1L3-270,of which the average stiffness degradation due to the corresponding factors were 13.53%,13.38%and 15.22%,respectively.The carrying capacities predicted by the proposed formula were close to the test results,and had a certain safety margin.
