薄板带陶瓷衬垫埋弧焊工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 对薄板埋弧焊焊接过程中易出现的焊接缺陷、产生原因进行了探讨,通过薄板带陶瓷衬垫埋弧焊和未加陶瓷衬垫普通埋弧焊对比选取较优的工艺方案,并对宏观形貌、力学性能等进行研究分析。结果表明,薄板带陶瓷衬垫埋弧焊工艺焊接时电弧稳定,单面焊双面成形,焊缝成形饱满、整齐、美观,焊缝与母材圆滑过渡,焊缝无气孔、裂纹、未熔合、夹渣等缺陷,力学性能合格,焊缝质量稳定优良;该工艺适用于薄板、狭小空间、密闭容器槽罐的焊接,并且具有节能环保、质量优良、提高工效、降低成本等优点。 In this paper,the common quality problems and causes of welding defects in the process of thin plate submerged arc welding are analyzed,submerged arc welding with ceramic backing and common submerged arc welding without ceramic backing process are compared,macroscopic feature and mechanical property are tested.The results show that the welding arc is stable,single side welding is double-sided forming,the weld is full,neat and beautiful,the weld and base metal are smooth transition,the weld is free of defects such as porosity,crack,lack of fusion,slag inclusion,etc.The mechanical property test is qualified,and the weld quality is stable and excellent.It is suitable for thin plate welding,narrow space and closed container tank due to its advantages in energy saving and environmental protection,excellent quality,high efficiency and low cost.
