摘要
集输管道外防腐多采用防腐层外加强制电流阴极保护或牺牲阳极保护。但实际使用中发现,由于管道内存在矿化度高的导电介质,导致了对绝缘接头附近非保护端管线严重内腐蚀。本文针对四川某含高矿化度气田水气藏阴极保护绝缘接头附近非保护端管线内腐蚀现状,分析了内腐蚀原因;提出了初步解决方案:将绝缘接头改为地面竖直安装;对绝缘接头非保护端加强测厚监测(以便对有问题的管段及时更换);对符合条件的采用绝缘接头跨接等。
The external anti-corrosion of gathering pipelines was mainly achieved by the anticorrosion layer with forced current cathodic protection or sacrificial anode protection.However,in actual use,it was found that non-protected pipelines nearby insulated joints suffer from severe internal corrosion due to the high-salinity conductive medium within the pipeline.In this paper,by focusing on the internal corrosion situation of non-protected pipelines nearby the cathodic-protection insulated joints in the gas reservoir with high-salinity gas-field water in Sichuan Province,the reasons for internal corrosion were analyzed and its preliminary solutions were accordingly proposed.It is suggested to vertically install the insulated joints on the ground,strengthen the thickness monitoring of the non-protected end of insulated joints(so as to timely replace the defective pipe section),and adopt insulated joints for cross-bridging where possible,etc.
