摘要
原料水储罐主要用来将含硫含氨污水进行沉降,起到均质和除油的作用,储罐介质含硫含氨,对储罐具有较强的腐蚀性。本文结合某石化公司一台原料水储罐,从储罐内防腐、安全措施、罐底设计等方面介绍了原料水储罐的设计要点,为此类储罐设计提供依据。
Raw water storage tank is mainly used to settle sulphur-containing and ammonia-containing sewage,which plays the role of homogenization and degreasing.The tank medium contains sulphur and ammonia,which has strong corrosiveness to the tank.Combined with a raw water storage tank in a petrochemical company,the design points of raw water storage tank from the aspects of anti-corrosion,safety measures and bottom design were introduced,which provided basis for the design of such storage tank.
