摘要
3LPE热缩带是一种常用的海管节点补口防腐材料,本文结合公司某南海油气田开发项目海底管道节点防腐涂层的设计要求,对3LPE节点防腐涂层在工艺评定试验、预生产试验和海管铺设阶段的质量控制要求进行了分析,对3LPE节点防腐涂层的质量控制要点进行了总结。
3LPE HSS field joint coating is a commonly used field joint coating material for subsea pipeline.In this paper,the 3LPE HSS field joint coating quality control requirements during procedure qualification trail,pre-production trail and pipe-laying are analyzed based on the pipeline field joint coating design requirements of a north China sea offshore oil and gas development project.The key points of 3LPE HSS field joint coating quality control are summarized in this paper too.
