摘要
调查企业与外语人才的双向需求,对比两种需求的契合度,为企业选拔人才、毕业生提高就业能力以及高等学校的人才培养提供参考。通过调查辽宁企业对外语人才的市场需求、能力需求与素质需求,发现商贸行业和口语翻译岗位需要外语人才,用人单位最看重的是听说能力、行业知识和工作技能,具备“外语+”复合能力的人才普遍受欢迎,企业最注重的是外语人才的发展潜力以及过硬的专业水平和较高的职业素质,同时应具备人际沟通能力和语言表达能力。通过调查外语专业在校学生的择业需求,发现学生更关注薪酬待遇、自身的发展空间和工作环境,较少学生会受家庭或同事关系影响,企业知名度也不再是学生的主要选择,说明当代大学生择业更趋理性、自由和开放。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the two-way demand between enterprises and foreign language talents,and compare the coincidence degree of the two needs,so as to provide reference for enterprises to select talents,to improve graduates'employability and to train talents in colleges and universities.Through the investigation of the market demand,ability demand and quality demand of foreign language talents in Liaoning enterprises,it is found that foreign language talents are needed in business and oral translation positions,and employers value listening and speaking ability,industry knowledge and work skills most.Talents with"foreign language+"compound ability are generally popular,and enterprises focus on the development potential of foreign language talents as well as excellent professional level and higher professional quality.At the same time,they should have interpersonal communication skills and language expression skills.By investigating the career needs of foreign language majors,it is found that students pay more attention to salary,their own development space and working environment,fewer students are affected by family or colleague relationships,and enterprise popularity is no longer the main choice of students.This shows that contemporary college students are more rational,free and open in their career choice.
