贫困县人居环境可持续评价及障碍因子诊断——以宁夏回族自治区固原市为例

摘要 快速城镇化背景下,区域人居环境可持续发展能力面临挑战。以宁夏回族自治区固原市五个贫困县作为基本研究单元,运用熵值法、加权TOPSIS模型以及灰色关联度模型分析贫困县人居环境可持续发展能力及障碍因子。得出以下结论:(1)时间分异。2013~2016年固原市人居环境可持续发展能力差异出现逐渐减小的趋势,存在明显的阶段性特征,区域内差距正在逐渐减小;(2)空间分异。在空间上呈现出东高西低的分布格局;(3)障碍因子。人口密度、人均生活烟尘排放量、森林覆盖率以及水利、环境和公共设施管理投资对于固原市人居环境可持续发展能力影响较大。 Under the background of rapid urbanization,the sustainable development ability of the region is facing the challenge.In this paper,five poverty-stricken counties,which are fixed in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,are used as the basic research unit,and the sustainable development ability and the obstacle factors of the human-living environment in the poor counties are analyzed by using the entropy method,the weighted TOPSIS model and the gray correlation degree model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the time differentiation.The difference in the sustainable development of the fixed-term residential environment in 2013 to 2016 is gradually decreasing,there are obvious periodic features,the gap in the region is gradually decreasing;(2)the spatial differentiation.The distribution pattern of the east and the west is present in the space;(3)an obstacle factor.The population density,the per-capita soot emissions,forest cover and water,environmental and public facilities management investment have a greater impact on the sustainable development capacity of the Habitat-Habitat environment.
