摘要
目的:分析探讨快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的差异。方法:选取本社区医院2018年5月~2019年5月接诊的140例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分别采用快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪对患者的空腹血糖水平和餐后2h血糖水平进行检测,并将检测结果分别记为对照组和试验组,观察两组检测结果的空腹血糖水平和餐后2h血糖水平。结果:试验组空腹血糖水平和餐后2h血糖水平分别为(8.92±1.83)mmol/L和(12.10±2.54)mmol/L,对照组空腹血糖水平和餐后2h血糖水平分别为(9.25±1.74)mmol/L和(12.32±2.28)mmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于糖尿病患者快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果基本一致,但是快速血糖仪操作更加简单方便,便于携带。
Objective:To analyze the differences in blood glucose test results between fast blood glucose meters and automatic biochemical analyzers.Methods:A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our community hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The fast blood glucose meter and the automatic biochemical analyzer were used to determine the fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of patients.The levels were measured,and the results were recorded as the control group and the test group,and the fasting blood glucose level and 2h postprandial blood glucose level of the two groups were observed.Results:The fasting blood glucose level and 2h postprandial blood glucose level in the test group were(8.92±1.83)mmol/L and(12.10±2.54)mmol/L,and the fasting blood glucose level and 2h postprandial blood glucose level in the control group were(9.25±1.74)mmol/L and(12.32±2.28)mmol/L,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The fast blood glucose meter for patients with diabetes is almost the same as the automatic biochemical analyzer,but the fast blood glucose meter is simpler and more convenient to carry.
