摘要
在现场试验失效数据匮乏的新形势下,需对传统的可靠性评估方法做出变革。首先对当前无失效数据可靠性评估的相关内容进行研究;其次对煤矿机电设备的寿命分布类型进行界定,基于此建立基于贝叶斯估计的可靠性评估模型;最后是实证检验。实例表明,所建模型稳健性好,可作为煤矿企业运检、管理等层面的有效参考。
In the new situation of lacking failure data in field test,the traditional reliability evaluation method needs to be changed.First of all,the relevant contents of the current reliability evaluation of non-failure data were studied;secondly,the life distribution type of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine was defined,based on which the reliability evaluation model based on Bayesian estimation was established;finally,the empirical test was carried out.The example shows that the model is robust and can be used as an effective reference for the operation inspection and management of coal enterprises.
