摘要
针对平顶山矿区低透气性煤层掘进中存在的问题,鉴于高压脉冲水射流钻割技术快速切割的特点,扩大卸压范围,增加瓦斯运移通道,强化解吸煤层瓦斯,在平顶山矿区突出煤层掘进工作面推广应用。简述了高压脉冲水射流提高煤层透气性的机理,介绍了钻割技术试验地点概况,分析了试验区域的钻孔设计,并对区域措施实施时间进行对比,以期为日后相关工作的顺利进行提供借鉴。
In view of the problems existing in the driving of low permeability coal seam in Pingdingshan mining area,and in view of the rapid cutting characteristics of high-pressure pulsed water jet drilling and cutting technology,it is necessary to expand the pressure relief range,increase the gas migration channel,strengthen the desorption of coal seam gas,and promote the application in the driving face of outburst coal seam in Pingdingshan mining area.This paper briefly introduced the mechanism of high-pressure pulse water jet to improve the permeability of coal seam,introduced the general situation of drilling and cutting techno-logy test site,analyzed the drilling design of the test area,and compared the implementation time of regional measures,so as to provide reference for future related work.
