摘要
液压双轮铣槽机作为目前最先进的地下连续墙施工设备,具有成槽施工效率和精度高、槽形规则、安全环保、适应地层范围广等优点。通过双轮铣槽机在硬岩地质地下连续墙施工中的成功应用,阐述了双轮铣槽机的工作原理、施工工艺、施工工效等主要技术特点。实践证明,双轮铣槽机工艺在技术可行性、工效等方面均优越于传统的冲孔钻工艺,有效地改善了冲桩机、旋挖钻等常规成槽设备在硬岩地层功效低、噪音扰民、塌孔等问题。为地铁后续施工积累了宝贵的施工经验,具有较好的工程实际应用价值。
As the most advanced underground continuous wall construction equipment,hydraulic doublewheel milling machine has the advantages of high construction efficiency and precision,groove rules,safety and environmental protection,and adaptation to wide range of formations.Through the successful application of double-wheel milling machine in the construction of underground continuous wall in hard rock formation,the main technical features such as working principle,construction technology and construction effect of double-wheel milling machine are expounded.Practice shows that the double wheel milling machine technology is superior to the traditional drilling process in terms of technical feasibility and efficiency,and effectively improves the problem of low efficacy,noise disturbing people,hole collapse in conventional groove forming equipment such as pile driver,rotary drill in the hard rock formation.It has accumulated valuable construction experience for the follow-up construction of the subway,and has a good engineering practical application value.
