摘要
为了研发抗渗性更强质量更优的盾构管片,需要进行严谨的抗渗检漏试验来判定盾构管片的抗渗漏能力,从而帮助工程人员在地铁工程施工时选择高性能的盾构管片,保证施工质量。结合天津地铁4号线南段工程实际案例和相关经验,着重分析了盾构管片抗渗检漏试验的步骤和试验要点,旨在提升盾构管片抗渗检漏试验的效率和质量,保证地铁工程施工质量。研究表明:通过抗渗检漏试验生产的盾构管片性能良好、抗渗性能极强,可满足地铁工程施工的需求。
In order to study the shield segment with stronger impermeability and better quality,rigorous impermeability and leakage detection test is needed to determine the impermeability of the shield segment,so as to help the subway construction select high-performance shield segment and ensure the construction quality.Combined with the practical case of the south section construction of Tianjin Metro Line 4 and relevant experience,this paper focuses on the analysis of the steps and key points of the impermeability and leakage test of the shield segment,aiming to improve the efficiency and shield segment quality in the impermeability and leakage test,and ensure the construction quality of the metro project.The research shows that the shield segment produced by the impermeability and leakage test has good performance and strong impermeability,which can meet the construction demand of metro engineering.It is worth popularizing and applying.
