摘要 针对深圳国际会展中心项目弯扭构件焊接量大、规格类型多、焊缝外观成型要求高的特点,制定弯扭构件复合焊接工艺。小截面薄壁弯扭构件采用人工气体保护焊打底、填充+带导向机构的气体保护焊小车盖面焊接;大截面厚板弯扭构件采用人工气体保护焊打底、填充+改进型埋弧焊小车盖面焊接。通过增加工艺隔板和分段退焊工艺,控制焊接变形。通过放地样+全站仪测量控制结构整体精度。 In view of the characteristics of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center project,such as large amount of welding of bending and torsion components,many types of specifications and high requirements for the appearance of welding seams,the composite welding process of bending and torsion components was formulated.Small section thin-wall bending and torsion members adopted artificial gas welding backing,filling and gas welding covering with guiding mechanism.Large section thick plate bending and torsional members adopted artificial gas shielded welding backing,filling and improved submerged arc welding car covering welding.The welding deformation was controlled by adding process baffles and segmental backwelding process.The whole precision of the control structure was measured by ground sample and total station.
