摘要
欧洲规范给出了螺栓连接T形节点的3种受拉破坏模式,考虑到螺纹破坏,又划分了2种新的破坏模式:螺纹破坏和T形翼缘屈服伴随螺纹破坏,并给出了相应的抗拉承载力计算公式。将公式计算结果与单边螺栓T形连接节点受拉性能试验结果进行比较,验证了提出的新的破坏模式以及计算公式的正确性。公式计算结果均小于试验结果,因此在由计算公式得到的设计荷载下,T形节点具有足够的安全储备。
Based on the three failure modes of T-stub model under tension introduced in Eurocodes,two new failure modes considering the thread failure are presented,the hole thread failure and the yielding of T-stub flange with hole thread failure.The corresponding design methods are presented.Comparing the results obtained from the tests and design formulas to verify the accuracy of the design methods,the failure modes are fully consistent and the calculated strengths are lower than that measured from tests.Under the design load,the bolted T-stub is still in elastic stage,which demonstrates the application of one-side bolted T-stub through thread holes is safe.
