摘要
目的评价危重症专职护理小组开展于重症慢阻肺患者呼吸衰竭机械通气中的价值。方法选取我院2017年5月~2018年5月收治的80例重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者,按照不同的护理方式分为两组,对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40)分别行常规护理、危重症专职护理小组;比较两组患者机械通气效果。结果观察组各治疗时间、护理质量及机械通气并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症慢阻肺患者呼吸衰竭机械通气中采用危重症专职护理小组,可缩短患者机械通气时间,应用价值高,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of critical illness professional nursing team implementing mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty patients with severe COPD complicated with respiratory failure received by our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups as different nursing methods,including control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)respectively.Those two groups applied routine nursing and critical illness professional nursing team respectively;The efficacies of mechanical ventilation were compared in patients between two groups.Results The treatment duration,nursing quality and incidence of mechanical ventilation-related complications of observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of critical illness professional nursing team for respiratory failure in patients with severe COPD could shorten mechanical ventilation duration for patients,with high application value and worthy of extensive application.
