摘要
智慧实训教学模式以“网、云、端”为环境技术支持,融合行动导向教学范式渗透内涵、架构立体化流程。前期链接资源感知、基于数据呈现问题;中期生成资源共享、创生互动与体验协作;后期个性化资源支持、差异提升与多维评价。通过对专业课程开展运用效能研究发现,智慧实训教学模式有助于增强学生技能学习动机,其中对女生的影响更为明显;学习效果方面可以显著增强核心技能的掌握;在此基础上,探索实训智能化转型,创新模式驱动下的应用型人才培育新构想。
To construct a three-dimensional teaching process,the intelligent teaching model for practical training uses the"internet platform,cloud resource,mobile terminal"as the environmental technology support and enriches its connotation through integrating an action-oriented teaching paradigm.In this model,during the preview before class,students click on links of web pages to access perceptional resources,and teachers can discover their issues during learning based on students’learning data;during class,generative resources are shared,and students engage in creational interaction and experiential collaboration;after class,personalized resources are provided to help students who fall behind in study,and students receive multi-dimensional evaluation of their performance.By investigating the efficacy of this teaching model in a professional course,it was found that this teaching model helped to enhance students’motivation of learning skills,especially for girls.Furthermore,it was also found that students’mastery of core skills was strengthened,suggesting that the learning effect was significant.Based on the above findings,this paper further explored possible ideas about intelligentlized transformation of practical training and innovative model of cultivating talents with practical skills.
