摘要
目的:探讨分析坐浴方治疗肛周湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的湿热型肛周湿疹患者共计90例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)、研究组(45例),两组患者分别采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴、坐浴方(元明粉、冰片、枯矾等)治疗。观察两组患者治疗后瘙痒评分、皮疹形态评分等治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组患者(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者临床症状的各项评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者生活质量评分(87.43±11.58)分,明显优于对照组的(72.44±9.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.817,P=0.012)。结论:给予肛周湿疹患者坐浴方坐浴治疗具有显著效果,能够明显改善患者临床症状,降低肛周瘙痒感和湿疹程度,提升生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Hip Bath Recipe in the treatment of perianal eczema.Method:A total of 90 patients with perianal eczema in our hospital were selected.The patients in this group were divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to the random number method.The patients in the two groups were respectively treated with Potassium Permanganate Solution,Hip Bath Recipe(Sodium Chloride Powder,Borneol,Withered Alum and so on).The therapeutic effect of pruritus score and rash shape score were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the patients in the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms between in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life in the study group was(87.43±11.58)points,which was significantly higher than(72.44±9.26)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.817,P=0.012).Conclusion:It is effective to treat perianal eczema with Hip Bath Recipe,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce pruritus and eczema,and improve the quality of life.
