摘要
为增加施工空间和更好地处理富水砂卵层基坑底板防水问题,提出取消临时格构柱的内支撑优化设计方案。依托长沙地铁月亮岛车站的深基坑工程,对支护体系进行介绍,采用数值模拟、理论计算和现场监测等方法对设计方案进行分析。结果表明,钢支撑轴力、内力和最大挠度虽然有所增大,但仍小于允许值,证明优化方案具有可行性。监测结果表明,墙体最大水平位移、地表最大沉降、墙顶最大水平位移和支撑轴力均未达报警值,证明优化方案能保证基坑安全性和稳定性。优化方案有效地缩短了工期,降低了工程造价,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
In order to increase the construction space and better handel the waterproof problem of the foundation pit bottom plate in the water rich sand layer,the optimization design scheme of the internal support which cancels the temporary lattice column is proposed.Based on the deep foundation pit project of Yueliangdao station of Changsha Metro,this paper introduces the support system,and analyzes the design scheme by means of numerical simulation,theoretical calculation and on-site monitoring.The result shows that although the axial force,internal force and maximum deflection of steel support are increased,it is still less than the allowable value,which can prove the feasibility of the optimization scheme.The actual monitoring results also shows that the maximum horizontal displacement of the wall,the maximum subsidence of the ground surface,the maximum horizontal displacement of the top of the wall and the supporting axial force are not up to the alarm value,which proves that the optimization scheme can guarantee the safety and stability of the foundation pit.Through the optimization of the scheme,it effectively shortens the construction period and reduces the cost of the project,which will provide reference and guidance for similar projects in the future.
