摘要
目的:探究人文关怀护理应用于自由体位分娩产妇的效果及对其产后出血率的影响.方法:纳入90例2018年1-12月笔者所在医院自由体位分娩产妇开展研究,按随机排列法选出45例列为对照组,实行常规护理干预;剩余45例列为研究组,实行人文关怀护理;比较两组护理效果.结果:研究组各个产程用时均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分、产后出血量、产后出血率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对自由体位分娩产妇实施人文关怀护理利于分娩的顺利进行,可有效缩短分娩时间,降低产后出血率,减轻产妇疼痛,减少出血量,值得推广.
Objective:To discuss the effects of humanistic care on postpartum hemorrhage rate during the free posture delivery.Method:A total of 90 pregnant women of undergoing the free posture delivery from January to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to random ranking method,women were assigned to the control group(n=45,routine nursing)and the study group(n=45,humanistic care).The nursing effect was probed.Result:Each stage of labor in the study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05);VAS(visual analogue scale)scores,postpartum bleeding volume and postpartum hemorrhage rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic care is proven to be effective,which can shorten the stage of labor,and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate,pain degree and bleeding volume.It is worthy of promotion.
