摘要
目的:探讨优化急诊护理流程对急诊胸痛患者抢救的效果,并观察其方式对患者治疗时间的影响.方法:选取笔者所在医院急诊2018年11月-2019年5月收治的480例患者作为研究对象,通过奇偶数法将患者分成参照组(n=240)与研究组(n=240).参照组采用常规急诊措施,研究组采用优化后急诊护理流程对患者施以抢救护理,观察并对比两组患者的抢救效果.结果:参照组抢救成功率为75.00%,研究组抢救成功率为83.33%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.0526,P<0.05);同时研究组各项抢救指标数据明显优于参照组,且两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急诊科优化急诊护理流程,有利于改善胸痛患者的抢救效果,缩短患者的治疗时间,值得应用推广.
Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing emergency nursing procedures on the rescue of patients with emergency chest pain,and to observe the effect of its methods on the treatment time of patients.Method:A total of 480 patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as subjects.The patients were divided into the reference group(n=240 cases)and the study group(n=240 cases)by parity method.The patients in the reference group were treated with routine emergency measures,and the patients in the study group were treated with emergency nursing care after the optimization.The rescue effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Result:The success rate of rescue in the reference group was 75.00%,and the success rate in the study group was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X^2=5.0526,P<0.05).At the same time,the data of rescue indicators in the study group were significantly better than the reference group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimization of emergency nursing process in the emergency department is beneficial to improve the rescue effect of patients with chest pain and shorten the treatment time of patients.It is worthy of application and promotion.
