摘要
目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮加味对肝阳上亢型头痛患者的临床疗效.方法:选取2018年1-12月笔者所在医院接诊的91例肝阳上亢型头痛患者作为观察对象,将其按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例,治疗组41例.对照组采用西药布洛芬治疗,治疗组采用天麻钩藤饮加味治疗,两组疗程均为4周.比较两组疗效、舌苔及脉象的改善及用药的安全性.结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为97.6%和80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组患者舌红苔少的情况得到明显的改善,脉象趋于平稳;而对照组舌苔及脉象均无明显变化.两组的血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能指标均无明显异常,药物安全性良好.结论:天麻钩藤饮加味对肝阳上亢型头痛的临床疗效较佳,能够有效改善患者头痛症状,值得临床推广使用.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Modification Prescription on headache patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Method:A total of 91 patients with headache of hyperactivity of liver Yang treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with Ibuprofen,and the treatment group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction Modification Prescription for 4 weeks.The efficacy,improvement of tongue coating and pulse condition,and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.6%and 80.0%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the condition of less red tongue coating in the treatment group was significantly improved,and the pulse condition tended to be stable,while the tongue coating and pulse condition in the control group had no significant change.The blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function indexes of the two groups were normal,and the drug safety was good.Conclusion:The Tianma Gouteng Decoction Modification Prescription has better clinical effect on the headache of hyperactivity of liver Yang type,and can effectively improve the headache symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
