摘要
日本《商法》中有关运输和海商部分的修改已于2018年5月获得通过,自2019年4月起施行。适用于国际海上货物运输的《国际海上货物运输法》也随着商法的修改作了修改,修改后的该法同样自2019年4月起施行。该文对新修改的这两部法律进行了翻译。日本商法曾对中国产生过巨大的影响,现在仍有很大的参考价值。研究此次修改的内容,必将对完善中国相关法律有所裨益。
The sections on transport and maritime commerce in Japanese Commercial Code were adopted in May 2018 and come into force as of April 2019.The Act on International Carriage of Goods by Sea,which is applicable to the international carriage of goods by sea,was also amended and come into force as of April 2019.This article is a translation of these two newly-revised laws.Japanese commercial law had great influence on China and still has reference value.Studying the content of this amendment will be beneficial to the improvement of relevant laws in China.
