摘要
目的确定儿童呼吸系统的疾病病例的分组方法。方法选择北京某三甲儿童医院2017-2018年主要诊断为呼吸系统疾病的非手术患者作为研究对象,用决策树模型修正的交互卡方自动检验(E-CHAID)进行分组,并用变异系数法、方差减少量和非参数检验对分组结果的合理性进行检验和评价。结果共形成9个DRGs组,经检验分组合理。结论E-CHAID决策树分类方法用于DRGs分组可行且有效。
Objective To determine the method of disease diagnosis related groups(DRGs)for children with respiratory diseases.Methods The non-surgical patients who were diagnosed as respiratory diseases from 2017 to 2018 in a tertiary children’s hospital in Beijing were selected as subjects.The E-CHAID modified by the decision tree model was used to divide the participants into groups.And the rationality of the grouping results was tested and evaluated by the coefficient of variation method,and nonparametric test.Results A total of 9 DRGs were formed,which was reasonable by testing.Conclusion The E-CHAID decision tree classification method was proved feasible and effective on DRGs.
