摘要
目的了解某医院患者安全文化现状,为持续改善医疗质量提供依据。方法对全院员工发放中文版医院患者安全文化调查表(HSOPSC),计算量表各维度及各条目的积极反应率。结果共1208名员工参与调查,组织的学习与持续改进、科室内团队合作、对医院安全的总体评价、管理者在促进患者安全方面的意愿和行动、管理者对患者安全的支持、交接班和转科等维度积极反应率均大于75%,为优势区域;人员配置、对错误的非惩罚性反应、沟通开放程度、不良事件报告频率等维度积极反应率均小于50%,为待改进区域。不同职称、学历、下班延误时间、年龄、岗位、与患者直接接触等因素对医院患者安全文化总分有显著影响。结论该院员工对患者安全文化认知现状较好,但在人员配置等方面需继续改进。
Objective To investigate the current situation of patient safety culture in a hospital,and to provide evidence for continuous improvement of medical quality.Methods The Chinese version of"hospital survey on patient safety culture(HSOPSC")was distributed to the staff of the hospital,and the positive response rate of each dimension and item of the scale was calculated.Results A total of 1208 participants were included in the study.The positive response rate of organizational learning and continuous improvement,within department teamwork,overall evaluation of hospital safety,willingness and action of managers to promote patient safety,support of managers for patient safety,and shift and department transfer were all greater than 75%,which were the advantage areas.The positive response rate of personnel allocation,non-punitive response to errors,communication openness,and frequency of adverse event reporting were all less than 50%,which were the areas to be improved.The different professional titles,educational background,off duty delay time,age,post,and contact directly with patients had significant influence on the total score of hospital safety culture.Conclusion The staff of the hospital had a good cognition of the patient safety culture,but it needed to be improved in staffing and other aspects.
