摘要
制备了系列Cs负载于SiO2的碱性催化剂,研究了其催化丙酸甲酯与三聚甲醛反应合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯工艺。考察了反应温度、Cs负载量、原料摩尔比及催化剂焙烧温度等条件对反应的影响,结果表明:以20%的丙酸甲酯的甲醇溶液为原料,15%Cs浸渍的SiO2为催化剂,焙烧温度为600℃,反应温度为320℃,n(MP)/n(HCHO)为1∶1,液时空速为1.5 h^-1,丙酸甲酯的转化率达42.1%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯的选择性为91.4%。CO2-TPD的分析结果表明,催化剂表面的弱碱性位有利于目标产物甲基丙烯酸甲酯选择性的提高。
A series of SiO2 supported Cs catalysts have been prepared.Using these catalysts,the catalytic process for the synthesis of methyl methacrylate from methyl propionate(MP)and trioxymethylene has been studied.Under the optimized reaction conditions:20%methyl propionate in methanol solution as raw material,15%Cs impregnated SiO2 calcined under 600℃as the catalyst,reaction temperature 320℃,the ratio of n(MP)/n(HCHO)1∶1,liquid hourly space velocity 1.5 h^-1,the conversion of methyl propionate reached 42.1%,and the selectivity of methyl methacrylate was 91.4%.The CO2-TPD analysis indicated that the surface weak basic site is beneficial to the increasement of the target product methyl methacrylate.
