Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative life quality and motor function of patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods:A total of 60 PD patients admitted from June 1,2018 to June 30,2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing measures, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Activity of Daily Living(ADL)and unified Parkinson′s disease rating scale(UPDRS)were used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life and motor function of patients in the two groups.Self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of patients. Results:The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, and was higher than that of the same group after intervention(P<0.05).The UPDRS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group and lower than that of the same group after intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of PD patients can effectively improve the patients′quality of life and motor function, and improve the patients′nursing satisfaction.
