摘要
目的 观察微信教育团队引导健康教育延续医疗服务应用于0~3岁婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的效果.方法 选择珠海市斗门区妇幼保健院2017年2月至2019年1月收治的80例缺铁性贫血婴幼儿,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采用常规健康指导,观察组则在常规健康指导的同时,采用微信教育团队引导的健康教育延续医疗服务.比较两组婴幼儿干预1个月、3个月时的血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白水平以及贫血纠正情况.结果 观察组婴幼儿干预1个月、3个月时的Hb值分别为(113.48±5.36)g/L、(116.24±3.69)g/L,明显高于对照组的(109.11±7.85)g/L、(112.21±5.87)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组婴幼儿干预1个月、干预3个月时的贫血纠正率分别为42.5%、65.0%,明显高于对照组的25.0%、40.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月时,观察组婴幼儿的血清铁蛋白水平分别为(22.24±4.52)μg/L、(34.51±5.14)μg/L,均明显高于对照组的(18.33±3.71)μg/L、(27.95±4.95)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微信教育团队引导健康教育延续医疗服务,能提高0~3岁缺铁性贫血婴幼儿的Hb水平,纠正缺铁性贫血.
Objective To observe the effect of WeChat education team guiding health education to continue medical service applied to iron deficiency anemia of 0-3 years old infants.Methods A total of 80 infants with iron deficiency anemia,who admitted to Doumen District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zhuhai city from February 2017 to January 2019,were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health guidance,while the observation group received health education and continuous medical service guided by WeChat education team additionally.After 1 and 3 months of intervention treatment,hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin and anemia correction of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention treatment,the Hb values of the observation group were(113.48±5.36)g/L,(116.24±3.69)g/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding(109.11±7.85)g/L and(112.21±5.87)g/L of the control group(P<0.05);the anemia correction rates of the observation group were 42.5%and 65.0%,which were significantly higher than corresponding 25.0%and 40.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the serum ferritin levels of the observation group were(22.24±4.52)μg/L,(34.51±5.14)μg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding(18.33±3.71)μg/L,(27.95±4.95)μg/L of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and continuous medical service guided by WeChat education team can improve the Hb level of infants with iron deficiency anemia aged 0-3 and correct iron deficiency anemia.
