摘要
本文应用计算流体力学数值模拟技术,针对15万吨级的FPSO在实尺度下进行了风载荷模拟试验研究,计算了不同风向角下的风载荷及系数,分析了风载荷随风向角变化的规律以及各部分上层建筑模块之间的遮蔽效应。数值模拟结果与物理风洞试验结果吻合得较好,为FPSO上层建筑的设计和模块布置优化提供了参考数据。
With application of the CFD simulation,the wind loads and shielding effect of a 150000 ton FPSO topsides are studied at full scale by the virtual test in numerical wind tunnel.The wind loads and aerodynamic coefficients are computed and studied for different wind headings.The variation of aerodynamic coefficients against the wind headings are analyzed,as well as the shielding effect among different modules of topsides.The numerical results show good agreement with corresponding data from physical wind tunnel,which could be as reference for the design and optimization of FPPSO topsides.
