摘要
为了提高低活性矸石粉煤灰制备免烧发泡墙体材料的抗压强度,实验用低活性矸石粉煤灰为主要原料,增强剂选择硅酸盐水泥、硅溶胶、硅微粉和生石灰,发泡剂选择金属铝粉,采用浇注法成型-蒸养工艺制备矸石粉煤灰免烧发泡墙体材料。研究了硅酸盐水泥、生石灰、硅溶胶、硅微粉和金属铝粉对免烧发泡墙体材料性能的影响,试验表明:添加硅酸盐水泥、生石灰、硅溶胶、硅微粉有利于提高低活性矸石粉煤灰免烧发泡墙体材料的抗压强度,添加生石灰和硅溶胶提高抗压强度较明显,添加硅酸盐水泥提高抗压强度不明显。在复合配料条件下,当硅溶胶的添加质量为10%,矸石粉煤灰发泡墙体材料抗压强度达到7.05 MPa;生石灰的添加质量为16%,矸石粉煤灰发泡墙体材料抗压强度达到11 MPa;添加金属铝粉可以提高矸石粉煤灰发泡墙体材料吸水率,降低矸石粉煤灰发泡墙体材料的抗压强度。当金属铝粉添加质量为0.6%时,吸水率最大为31%,抗压强度降低到7 MPa。
In order to improve the compressive strength of low activity foamed wall materials prepared by unburned coal gangue fly ash.This experiment selects low active coal fly ash as the main raw material,portland cement,silica sol,silicon powder and quick lime as strengthening agent,metal aluminium powder as foaming agent,it adopts pouring method-steam curing in preparing unburned coal gangue fly ash foamed wall materials.This paper studies the influence of portland cement,lime,silica sol,silicon powder and metal aluminium powder on the properties of unburned foamed wall materials,tests show that adding silicate cement,lime,silica sol,silicon powder is helpful in improving the compressive strength of low activity unburned coal gangue fly ash foamed wall materials,adding lime and silica sol produces obvious improvement,adding portland cement produces unobvious improvement.In the case of composite batting,when the addition amount of silica sol is 10%,the compressive strength of gangue fly ash foamed wall material reaches 7.05MPa.The added amount of quicklime is 16%,and the compressive strength of gangue fly ash foamed wall material reaches 11MPa.The addition of aluminum powder can improve the water absorption rate of gangue fly ash foamed wall materials and reduce the compressive strength of gangue fly ash foamed wall materials.When the addition amount of aluminum powder is 0.6%,the maximum water absorption rate is 31%,and the compressive strength decreases to 7MPa.
