耐高温三元乙丙橡胶胶料的配方设计 被引量:6

摘要 研究以VNB(5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯)为第三单体的三元乙丙橡胶(VNB-EPDM)胶料的耐热氧老化性能,并与以ENB(5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯)为第三单体的EPDM(ENB-EPDM)和二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)进行对比。结果表明:与ENB-EPDM胶料相比,VNB-EPDM胶料的硫化速度较快,交联程度较高,耐高温性能更好;以VNB-EPDM作为主体材料,采用过氧化物硫化体系和防老剂445/MB/TMQ(并用比为1/1/1)复合防护体系,胶料的耐高温(175℃)性能与价格较高的乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶相当,可用于制备耐高温橡胶制品。 The thermo-oxidative aging properties of the EPDM compounds,including VNB-EPDM with VNB(5-vinyl-2-norbornene)as the third monomer,ENB-EPDM using 5-ethylene-2-norborneneas the third monomer,and ethylene propylene rubber(EPM),were discussed.The results showed that compared with ENB-EPDM compound,VNB-EPDM compound had faster curing speed,higher crosslinking degree,and relatively high temperature resistance.By utilizing VNB-EPDM as the main material,using peroxide as the vulcanizing agent,and using antioxidant 445/MB/TMQ(1/1/1)as the antioxidant system,the high temperature(175℃)resistance of the compound was similar as that of AEM,which could be used to make high temperature resistant rubber products.
