摘要 为实时了解船舶发动机故障的位置、原因等,提升故障判定的时效性,设计了一种在线油液监测船舶发动机故障的方法。该方法通过集成传感器系统监测船舶发动机油液的黏度、含水量、磨粒浓度3种特征信息,基于Parzen窗法设置特征信息的故障判断界限值,利用Weka软件提取特征信息样本数据和规则,构建船舶发动机故障诊断知识库并判定船舶发动机故障。实验结果表明,用所提方法判定的船舶发动机故障与人工诊断结果完全一致。 In order to define the location and cause of fault of marine engine in real time,it introduces an online oil monitoring method for marine engine fault.It applies the integrated sensor system to monitor the oil viscosity,water content,particle concentration of 3 kinds of feature information for engine,sets the feature information of fault diagnosis threshold value based on the Parzen Windows method,extracts the characteristic information sample data with Weka software,builds the knowledge base of the marine engine fault diagnosis and determines the ship engine failure.The experimental results show that the fault of marine engine is completely consistent with the results of manual diagnosis.
