摘要
通过对原料油的控制,制定正确的工艺参数及操作规程,合理控制辅料消耗,加强员工节能降耗意识,提高员工整体素质,并根据实际情况不断改进,减少排放污染,使能源回收再利用最大化,从而达到减小油脂精炼损耗,降低成本,提高得率的目的。
Through the controlling of raw oil,formulating the correct process parameters and operation procedures,controlling the consumption of auxiliary materials on a reasonable level,strengthening the awareness of energy conservation and consumption reduction,improving the overall quality of employees,reducing the emission pollution.To reach the aim of maximizing the energy recovery and reuse,reducing the loss of oil refining,deducting the cost and improving the yield.
