摘要
“白色污染”是我国环境污染中的一个大问题,“限塑令”作为一项公共政策,出台至今已有十一年,随着时间的推移,“限塑令”政策的内涵与成效究竟如何呢?本文通过分析“限塑令”政策的内容、效果以及当中存在的问题与不足,提出了相应的思考,政府、企业、商家、公民各方都要多多努力,才能将限塑落到实处。
“White pollution”is a major problem in China’s environmental pollution.As a public policy,the“plastic restriction order”has been in existence for eleven years.With the passage of time,the connotation and How effective is it?This article analyzes the content,effects and existing problems and deficiencies of the“plastic restriction order”policy,and puts forward corresponding thinking.The government,enterprises,businesses,and citizens must work harder to implement plastic restriction.
