ACE模式下超临界CFB机组协调控制策略的优化与应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来电网对火电机组调频调峰响应能力要求日益严苛,当前超临界CFB机组协调控制已无法满足控制要求,机组在投入ACE模式后会出现主要运行参数大幅波动,运行经济效益差等问题。针对以上问题,通过对汽机主控、锅炉主控以及给水控制策略优化,设计了一种基于ACE模式的超临界CFB机组协调控制策略。该策略在山西河坡电厂2×350 MW#1机组试用后,机组主汽压和主汽温均得到稳定控制,且ACE模式下负荷响应综合指标Kp值达4.25,可为同类型超临界CFB机组协调控制策略优化研究提供借鉴。 In recent years,the grid has become more and more demanding for the frequency modulation and peak response of thermal power units,resulting in the current coordinated control of supercritical CFB units failing to meet the control requirements.After the unit enters the ACE mode,there will be problems such as large fluctuations in main operating parameters and poor economic returns.Aiming at the above problems,the coordinated control strategy of supercritical CFB units based on ACE mode is designed by optimizing the main control of boiler,boiler main control and water supply control strategy.After the trial operation of the 2×350 MW#1 unit of Shanxi Hepo Power Plant,the main steam pressure and main steam temperature of the unit are stably controlled,and the comprehensive response Kp value of the ACE mode load response reaches 4.25.This strategy can provide reference for the optimization research of coordinated control strategy for the same type of supercritical CFB unit.
